  • What?

    Small Group Personal Training sessions are a great way to work on your individuals goals, get the same attention you’d receive during a 1:1 PT session but for a cheaper price.

    The sessions are tailored to your specific goals whilst adding the element of competition, as there are other people there to bounce off. It’s a great way to meet likeminded people and build new friendships.

    Using a mix of resistance, cardio and bodyweight exercises, you can achieve any goal and feel stronger and healthier than ever before.

  • Who?

    Personal training is for anyone who needs help with their exercise regime and goals. As long as there are no serious health conditions present then small group sessions are open to everyone of all ability levels and goal types.

    There are adult-only and bring-your-baby sessions available.

  • When?

    Small Group sessions are held at Spin & Workout, 386 Lee High Road and are currently at various times on Tuesday and Thursday.

    They are booked in groups of up to 4 participants so please get in touch with interest and to book.

  • Anything else I need to know?

    • Please wear suitable attire and footwear for exercise.

    • Bring a water bottle (there is a water cooler to refill).

    Small Group Personal Training sessions: £30/hour - 2 participants
    £26/hour - 3 participants
    £22/hour - 2 participants
